UK orders

If you are ordering a UK delivery and need it in time for Christmas then the last recommend date for placing your order if using standard delivery is Thursday 20th December. This should arrive in time, however it is not 100% guaranteed.

If you need your order guaranteed for Christmas then the last day you can order to receive it in time is Friday the 21st, but you must upgrade to next day delivery (with Saturday guaranteed) , you can do this at the check out. The deadline for orders on the 21st is 3pm.

Orders outside of the UK – including Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

If you choose standard shipping after the 5th December, then your order is not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you upgrade your delivery option at the check out to our international express delivery service. This is low cost and will guarantee your order will arrive quickly.

If you upgrade to express delivery and need the order before Christmas, then you will need to place the order before 3pm on Thurs 20th December, this is guaranteed to arrive for Xmas.
